We are currently seeking an Integration Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team! You will work closely with both the Engineering and Product Management groups to define technical solutions to business problems that require integration between applications. This includes the management of external partner relationships as they apply to integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop relationships with external partners, working with those partners to define, optimize and enhance solution integrations.
  • Define business requirements and technical solutions to address business requirements in collaboration with customers and external partners.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements.
  • Define technical solutions that require integration between software solutions using HL7 V2.X, HL7 V3, web services.
  • Document business processes visually (ie Visio) and the ability to identify the data needs for the business process.
  • Create basic network topology diagrams to demonstrate server location in relation to other servers, firewalls, etc.
  • Work with Product Owners to ensure data necessary for integration solutions are collected and stored as necessary to support the solution.
  • Work with the QA Manager and colleagues to define the Quality Assurance requirements for integration solutions.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Train internal solution support resources regarding new integration solutions including installation and trouble-shooting of integration.
  • End User documentation for new integration solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting requirements.
  • Proven experience in cross discipline collaboration
  • Demonstrable experience in writing T-SQL queries.
  • Basic understanding of standard communication protocols (ie ftp, sftp, ssh, smtp) and SSL Certificates.
  • Able to work collaboratively with Engineering to define technical solutions for business processes.
  • Excellent understanding of software design techniques.
  • Basic level knowledge of HL7, XML and RDBMS concepts.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies preferable.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment.
