Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Amsterdam Country: Netherlands Rate: Euros 70 - 76 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, plan and execute area level events including (but not limited to):
  • QBRs, All Hands and Planning to align with broader business cadence
  • Manage the creation, organization and sharing of materials related to area events to include decks, one pagers, etc.
  • Own and manage content gathering for area level events
  • Work with ELT and senior managers to source content, help to apply formatting where needed and create cohesive presentations
  • Manage Google Drive maintenance of area level materials so that recordings and decks are easy to find
  • Onsite hosting of events to include liaising with facilities/catering where necessary, ensuring proper setup of AV equipment, ensure all videos or other materials are working and act as emcee for events to ensure flow and timing.
  • Create timelines and communication plans for all events including internal marketing to ensure people are well prepared, know the value of attending the meeting or event and plan to attend in person where possible.
  • Support communication between ELT and their broader organization by creating summaries of events,
  • ELT focus and other important information and developing internal communication cadence and strategy
