SAP Abap Developer - (WebService and API, HANA development, FIORI, UI5, Vue JS) - Amsterdam

This is a Amsterdam based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on their largest digital and technological transformation program.

Implement technology that enables and extends solutions to meet business requirements and fits into our client s system architecture. Responsible for implementing changes and new functions, testing new developments, collaborating with SAP specialists, stakeholders and developers. Give strong support for maintaining and improving all Financial processes, systems and functionalities, which requires good understanding of Financial principals, terms. Actively contributing in identifying best technical solutions together with SAP specialists. Actively contributing in identifying best technical solutions together with SAP specialists. Help to train and grow junior colleagues. Learn and share knowledge of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Convert business requirements into technical designs and implement them within existing standards.
2. Support stakeholders in implementing strong technical solutions in SAP.
3. Collaborate on scalable interfaces with internal/external teams.
4. Develop test options using methodology.
5. Create and update technical documentation.
6. Build Front End applications following best practices.
7. Implement changes and new functions as per requirements.
8. Contribute to technical support activities.
9. Encourage innovation and continuous learning.
10. Learn and apply new technologies.
11. Optimize old functions to improve processes.
12. Share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree.
• Good programming language knowledge.
• Strong understanding of financial processes.
• Advanced ABAP and/or open-source language skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Systems.
• Experience with web service/API development.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Team player with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Solution-oriented with an agile mindset.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
