IT Support Analyst - Citrix - Windows - Azure - Financial Services

An IT Support Analyst is required to join an asset management organisation to join an established team that ensures the business' IT services are fully supported. Based in London (hybrid working), this is a permanent role offering between £40,000 - £50,000 + a very good bonus paid every 6 months.

You will be responsible for being one of the escalation points of all things technical within the established helpdesk team. The role is heavily hands on, responding to any 1st - 3rd line technical issues across the technology estate.

Requirements

• Good background in an IT Support/Helpdesk position.
• Strong knowledge in technologies like Citrix, Windows, Azure, Office365 + more.
• Able to operate in a high pressured and corporate environment.
