Do you have PMO Manager experience, and are you seeking a new job in Uxbridge? Brookwood Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a PMO Manager, and the PMO role comes with an attractive contract rate.

This candidate will need to have done extensive SAP Transformation Programmes. Critical skills is to have been the PMO Manager for a large SAP Transformation (at least 1 full life cycle); super user skills in MS Project and Planning; along with super user in Jira and Confluence for tracking and managing programme delivery, including creation of Jira dashboards and reports.

As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Project Management standards, governance routines, and ways of working for the project. You will also be reporting key interdependencies and planning conflicts to the Profectus Planning Lead for cross-Profectus planning.

In your first few weeks in this PMO Manager role, you can expect to:

• Onboard new project team members onto the project tools and onboard them into our project ways of working
• Cascade to the project the PMO processes and tools
• Manage compliance against the Project Management Standards, Profectus Methodology, and Proptus Ways of Working
• Support the project workstreams in planning activities aligned to the Proptu Planning Framework
• Maintain the integrated plan for the project, reporting key interdependencies and planning conflicts to the Planning Lead for cross-profectus planning interdependency
