Desktop Support Engineer (Contract/Permanent)

Location: Cardiff, Wales Country: UK Rate: £25k - £30k per annum
 

Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key clients, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their Cardiff Office

The Role & Responsibilities:

Supporting, configuring, and deploying Windows 7/10

Supporting Microsoft Office 2013

Proactively working to improve internal processes

Pro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites

Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions

Key Skills and Experience

Very good English communication skills.

MSP experience

Great customer service skills.

1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Self-motivated, well organised.

Strong Active Directory experience

Good IP Networking skills.

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve Windows system and software related issues.

Printer setup, management and driver configurations.
